The Nobori Method for training (on-the-ground assessment, proven catalog, practice on your own cases, autonomy measurement) is built by consultants on active engagements, not by professional trainers. That is what makes the difference between learning a concept and building an instinct.

Frequently asked questions
How is your training structured?
Our training is organized into 3 areas (Data & AI, Infrastructure & Security, Management) with modules of 1 to 3 hours. For each client, we assemble a learning path from these modules, matched to the level and current projects of each team. Sessions are in person or remote, delivered in-house for a single company.
How many people can you train at the same time?
Our sessions are sized for 8 to 12 participants to ensure quality discussion and individual attention. For larger cohorts, we run parallel sessions with dedicated trainers. We have trained up to 60 people in a single quarter.
What training formats do you offer?
Three formats, depending on the need: short sessions (1–2 days) to anchor a specific skill, multi-week programs for progressive upskilling, and embedded coaching where one of our experts joins your team on a real project. What they share: always hands-on, never slides alone.
Do you offer technical coaching in addition to training?
Yes, technical coaching is our highest-impact format. One of our experts joins your team 2 to 3 days a week for 1 to 3 months to help them upskill on a real project. It is the ideal format for DevOps or cloud transformations, where learning by doing is essential.
How do you measure training effectiveness?
We measure impact at three levels: immediate satisfaction (post-session NPS), skills acquisition (technical assessment before/after), and above all operational impact at 3 months, through the metrics that matter: deployment frequency, autonomy on the tools, incident resolution time. The real indicator is what your teams do differently after the training.
How is your training different from that of traditional training providers?
Our trainers are consultants on active engagements, not professional trainers. They teach what they practice every day at our clients. Our 35+ modules were built in-house to train our own consultants before being opened to our clients. And we measure success by the autonomy gained at 3 months, not by post-session satisfaction scores.
